PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and easily carry out processes for billing and confirmation while maintaining the temporal relation between a delivery sheet and a bill. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a database 24 which stores bill items regarding the charge billing of a delivery document 67 and a basic charge table 66 by the bill items 65, an extracting process part 47 which extracts bill item data 69 corresponding to bill items 65 from the delivery document 67, a bill amount calculation part 46 which calculates bill amounts by the bill items 65 and the total bill amount according to the bill item data 69 by the bill items 65 extracted by the extracting process part 47 and the basic charge table 66, a display process part 41 which displays a bill 63 including at least the bill items, bill amounts by the bill items, and total bill amount, and a transfer process part 48 which transfers the bill 63.
