<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new evaluation method for a sensitizer. SOLUTION: The feature of this method is in-vitro evaluation/screening of the sensitizer based on detection of a CD86 substance developed on a human mononuclear globular cell surface when the human mononuclear globular cell and a tested sample expected to contain the sensitizer are integrally incubated. In addition, evaluation/screening of an inhibiter/activator to the sensitizer is carried out by using a known sensitizer in this system instead of the tested sensitizer and adding the tested substance. In this way, in-vitro evaluation/ screening of the sensitizer or the inhibitor/activator to the sensitizer can be carried out without any animal testing.</p> |
