PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a host device side to obtain accurate graphic data by collecting an elongation value at a job site side through a line and using this elongation value, and to allow even a lower rank device at the job site side to obtain the graphic data generated by the host device. SOLUTION: This system is constituted by connecting an automatic programming device 10 having CAD and CAM functions, a master device 11 being a server, an NC device 12 of a vender, and terminal equipment 13 of a laser/ NCT through an LAN. In this case, an elongation value at a job site side is transferred and collected by the master device 11, and graphic data (expansion plan data and stereoscopic plan data) are generated by using the elongation value of the master device 11 by an automatic programming device 10, and the graphic data are temporarily stored in the master device 11, and transferred to the NC device 12 so as to be used.
