PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cool a nozzle part in a structure for cooling the nozzle part placed at a tip of a fuel injection nozzle. SOLUTION: In the structure for cooling the nozzle part placed at the tip of the fuel injection nozzle inserted into a through hole formed in a cylinder head, an outer periphery of a heat transfer member is placed in a position of the nozzle part of the through hole in the cylinder head with closely adhering thereto, and the nozzle part is inserted into a through hole formed in the heat transfer member with closely adhering thereto.
