PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion turbine taking humid air as working fluid, in which condensation is promoted in an impeller to generated latent heat of condensation, and this energy is directly recovered as rotation energy. SOLUTION: A blade of the impeller is divided into two parts in the flow direction, and a slit 7 is provided in the midway of a passage. Air flowing out of a preceding blade 5 is condensed when passed through the slit 7, and when flowing into a subsequent blade 6, the air collides with the leading edge part 8 of the subsequent blade 6 to cause condensation. The latent heat of condensation is given to the air, and this energy is recovered as power of the impeller 2 by the subsequent blade 6.
