PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that a weak person such as a user of a wheelchair/walker or the aged cannot easily push/pull open a door by her/ himself for coming in/out to/from a building because a conventional single swing door in an entrance of the building usually uses a returning resisting means based on a considerably strong elastic body such as a spring in an automatic door closing means and requires force resisting the strong returning resistance of the elastic body for opening the door. SOLUTION: A single swing door is pivoted via a double pivot apparatus having an engagement/disengagement structure for constructing an entrance of a building.
