PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by easily joining mutual panels surely. SOLUTION: A main supporting pin 10 inserted to the side edge section of one panel P in the adjacent panels P, a sub-supporting pin 15 inserted to the side edge section of the other panel P, and a connecting arm 12 installed so that a base end section is rotated, using the main supporting pin 10 as an axis while being formed so that a front end section is positioned at a place, where the sub-supporting pin 15 is held, crossing the sub-supporting pin 15 are mounted, and a plurality of retaining recessed sections 14 being formed so as to be positioned gradually on the base end section side towards the base end section side from the front end section of the connecting arm 12 while holding the sub-supporting pin 15 under a pulled state are formed to an inner edge section extending over the base end section side from the front end section are formed to the connecting arm 12.
