PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual service providing system that utilizes a function of a 2-way television receiver so as to select a most proper service to each viewer among services in response to a reply from each viewer and to be able to provide the selected service. SOLUTION: When a viewer uses a remote commander 2 to reply as to contents displayed on a television receiver 1, a MODEM 3 transmits an ID of the viewer and its reply information to a customer center via a network channel 4. A reception information processing section 5 identifies the viewer from a customer information database 6 on the basis of the received ID. A reply information processing section 7 registers the viewer information and the reply information to a replay information database 8 cross-reterring both sets of the information. A reply information analysis section 9 extracts optimum image.character.layout data from a transmission reception information storage section 10 on the basis of the reply information and a digital press machine 11 prints out the data differently from each individual person.
