<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce area effect of conductors. SOLUTION: In the gas-insulated bus, conductors 12 and 13 with their surfaces formed into a prescribed surface roughness are placed in a metal cases 7 and 8 filled with insulating gas, the conductors 12 and 13 are supported on an insulating spacer 9, and a high voltage is applied. Dielectric coating layers 14 and 15 of epoxy resin are formed on the surfaces of the conductors 12 and 13, so that their film thickness is not less than the surface roughness.</p> |
