<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain system for a housing easy to inspect, etc., enabling a catch basin to be installed even in a small housing site, enabling effective use of the housing site, preventing decrease in strength of the foundation of a building, and being easy and inexpensive to pipe. SOLUTION: In the drain system for a housing, branch drain pipes extending from a plurality of drain facilities installed within the building are collected under the floor of the building and extended outside of the outer peripheral foundation of the building by means of a drain pipe and connected to a catch basin located on the outside of the outer peripheral foundation of the building. The drain pipe is installed in a channel provided in the ground under the floor and a joint for connecting the drain pipe is provided with a piping position fixing means.</p> |
