<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate input device with excellent operability capable of being transited to a switch input operation as it is by an operation body in the process of performing coordinate input by operating an operation surface by the operation body. SOLUTION: This processing means of the coordinate input device is provided with an operation board with the operation surface to apply pressure, a pressure detecting means provided on the rear surface of the operation surface and a coordinate detecting means to detect the coordinates of a point where the pressure of the rigid board is applied. Switch input can be performed during a coordinate input operation by monitoring the moving quantity and the pressure quantity, etc., of the operation body.</p> |
