PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery which is manufactured at a less cost with pos sible miniaturization and highly safe property. SOLUTION: The battery 20a has the following components: a battery core 21 to generate power, an anode terminal 22 and a cathode terminal 23 connected to the battery core 21, a laminated film 26 covering a part of the battery core 21 and a part of anode terminal 22 and cathode terminal 23, and a wiring layer 24 that is formed on a print circuit board 12 so as to electrically connected with the anode terminal 22 and that has a fusible part 24a which is cut by fusing when the current is over a predetermined level, and a PTC element 25.
