发明名称 METHOD OF FABRICATING SQUIRREL-CASE ROTOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable, highly efficient and low price squirrel-cage rotor which results in less stray load loss. SOLUTION: In the laminating process 1, a rotor iron plate 11 of a silicon steel plate, having a plurality of cooling holes 13 at the internal side of a plurality of slots 12, is sequentially laminated to form a rotor iron core. In the next aluminum die-cast process 2, a conductor bar 15 is formed by coupling the internal circumferential part of slots 12 and both end portions of rotor iron core with the fused aluminum. Moreover, in the heating process 3, the squirrel- cage rotor is heated from the outside circumference up to a temperature in the range of 400 to 450 deg.C and a rotating shaft 15 is inserted into the prescribed position of rotating axis hole 14. Finally, in the last cooling process 4, the external circumferential part of the squirrel-case stator and the cooling hole are quickly cooled with the cooling water.
