PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience for use while saving the toll charge for telephone call by properly setting limit of the charge and the time for a telephone call individually in accordance with the destination or the purpose of the call. SOLUTION: Limits on the charge and the time for telephone calls are preliminarily set in the unit of groups in accordance with purposes or destinations of calls (#2), and warning or service stop after arrival at the set limit is set (#3). The sum totals of the charge and the time are checked at each time of a call (#5), and an alarm is given (#7) or a service is stopped just before the charge or the time reaches the set limit. Thus individual management is possible to properly save the charge for the telephone call.
