PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small heat sink having high radiation efficiency. SOLUTION: In the plate-type heat pipe 5 of the heat sink 1, a part is thermally fitted to a base plate 3 and is made to be a heat extraction part 11. The heat pipe 5 is bent from one end of the heat extraction part 11, it becomes parallel to the heat extraction part 11 and becomes a confronted radiation part 13. A first radiation fin 7a is fitted to the heat extraction part 11 and a second radiation fin 7b to the radiation part 13. The radiation fins are installed in the two parts of the heat extraction part and the radiation part detached from the heat extraction part. Thus, the installation area of the fins can be increased while the size of the heat sink itself is suppressed to be small.
