PREPARATION METHOD OF ANTIBODY DIAGNOSTIC REAGENT FOR HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a diagnostic reagent of an antibody against Hepatitis B surface antigen. Also, a diagnostic reagent of Hepatitis B antigen and a diagnostic reagent of Hepatitis B virus antibody are provided which have improved sensitivity and specificity. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a diagnostic reagent of antibody against Hepatitis B surface antigen uses sandwich immunity method as quantitative analysis or qualitative analysis of antibody against hepatitis B surface antigen. Wherein, it contains the first antigen adhered to fixing material and the second antigen conjugating with the labeling material which are individually paired with different Hepatitis B surface antigens. The labeling material is selected from the group consisting of enzymes, radioactive materials, microparticles and pigments.
