PURPOSE: A semi-drying reactor is provided, which can increase treatment efficiency of hazardous gas, reduce lime deposits on the walls of the reactor and inside the pipe, prevent a spraying nozzle from being clogged with lime, reduce consumption of lime and control temperature reasonably. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a lime feeding device (100) for feeding line from a lime storage tank (103) to a reaction tank (205) by a blower (101); (ii) a reaction system which consists of a vertical cylindrical semi-drying reactor (200), at the bottom of the cylindrical part a guide vane (209) and a lime discharging tank (202) are provided, the exhaust gas is discharged through a recovery cyclone (220) at the top; (iii) a bag filter system (300) installed at the down stream of the cyclone (220) for filtering dust through filter bags (306); (iv) a ventilation fan (400) for sucking exhaust gas from the bag filter (306); and (v) a stack (500) for discharging the exhaust gas to atmosphere.
