PURPOSE: An electronic commercial transaction system is provided to perform an auction rapidly by connecting a reverse auction purchase registrant and a seller in real time and converting registered contents of the purchase registrant into a voice and transmitting the contents to a general telephone or a mobile phone as a character message. CONSTITUTION: In an electronic commercial transaction system linking buyers(10) and sellers(100) to a commodity database through the Internet(30), a voice conversion system(50) converts character information with respect to a purchase application and an auction status of a service commodity being stored in a commodity database being applied by a buyer(10) being registered in a client database through the Internet(30) into voice information. A voice mail system(70) performs a processing for automatically transmitting the voice information transmitted from the voice conversion system(50) to a seller(100) in wire/wireless by automatically dialing a telephone number of the seller(100) being stored in a seller database. In addition, the voice mail system(70) transmits suggested bidding price data to the buyer(10) again using buttons of a general telephone and a mobile phone of the seller(100).
