PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically unlock a door of an entrance simultaneously with sending of an emergency call. SOLUTION: A dial monitor circuit 36 is added to a telephone 3 so as to monitor dialing, while an emergency call determination circuit 37 determines an emergency call, and in the case of an emergency call, an unlocking driving circuit 39 sends an electric signal to the door 2 of the entrance for automatically unlocking the door.
