MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system of a network supporting mobile terminals over a wide range. SOLUTION: A proxy CN acting as a router is provided between a home agent 26 directly coping with a terminal (CN) 25 originally and the CN 25. The proxy CN conducts service control of a Mobile IP. In the case of receiving a service using a Mobile IP, the CN accesses the proxy CN, receives authentication by a link layer authentication server 23 referencing a service profile DB 27 to connect itself to a network. The communication with a mobile terminal MN being a communication opposite party is conducted via the proxy CN 24 and the packet transmission by tunneling is conducted by the proxy CN 24.
