PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion battery in which an inner minute short circuit is difficult to occur and the reliability is high. SOLUTION: At an axial core 11, a winding initiation end part of the first separator and the second separator is welded. From the inside of winding group 6, the first separator, a negative electrode plate, the second separator, and a positive electrode plate are wound in the order, and with both sides of the negative electrode plate, a smooth face W5A of the first separator and a smooth face W5B of the second separator abut. Since the inner minute short circuit is difficult to occur, the production yield at the time of manufacturing is improved, and a drop in the voltage is small, and a storage property is good. |
