PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable gain amplifier circuit which stabilizes a gain and is not affected by the fluctuation of a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A variable gain amplifier circuit is constituted of a first variable gain amplifier where a gain is controlled by a gain adjusting voltage applied to a gain adjusting terminal and a gain stabilization means stabilizing the gain of a second variable gain amplifier whose characteristic is similar to that of the first variable gain amplifier and supplying the gain adjusting voltage which is stabilization-controlled to the gain adjusting terminal of the first variable gain amplifier. |
