PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep proper distance between a developing roller and a photoreceptor in the inside of a device, while performing smoothly an attaching and detaching operation of the unit of the developing roller, even when the developing roller and photoreceptor of a process cartridge are housed in separate units. SOLUTION: A process cartridge is separably composed of a first unit 105 including a photoreceptor roller 108, and a second unit 106 including a developing roller 109. The second unit 106 is provided with an operation number 320 which is movable in an attachable and detachable direction of the unit. When the operation member 320 is pressed in the unit loading direction, the second unit 106 is pressed on the first unit 105, and when the operation member 320 is pulled in the unit removal direction, the pressure of the second unit 106 on the first unit 105 is released. |
