PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor desirable facilities efficiently at low cost regarding a maintenance support terminal device and maintenance managing device. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with an operation plan storage means in which the identifier of a person in charge of maintenance, the identifiers of items of maintenance, and the days when the maintenance is carried out are previously registered as to permutations and combinations of facilities, a man-machine interface means which provides a man-machine interface regarding the setting and confirmation of information used for the maintenance, and a control means which sets and confirms information actually used for the maintenance associatively with this maintenance management device through a communication link formed between this means and the maintenance management device setting permutations or combinations of facilities in a state wherein the maintenance can be carried out only when the person in charge indicated by the identifier registered together with the days accesses the man-machine interface means in the period shown by the days registered in the operation plan storage means. |
