<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a joint portion which has a simple, expanda ble construction without applying a high dimensional accuracy and can definitely prevent the occurrence of noise or the like from a connecting portion thereby assuring the safe use. SOLUTION: This handrail for joint portion is constituted of right and left supports installed rotatably in horizontal direction to the floor portions of right and left buildings at the end portions of the connection passage of the right and left buildings built through the joint portion, to plural pairs of handrail bars of which the rear end portions are fixed to the right and left supports at predetermined intervals and the tip portions are projected out almost horizontally in the direction of the other supports and overlapped by a specified length, a magnet for slidably attracting overlapped portions of plural pairs of handrail bars so as to make a tight adhesion to one united body, and a linking fittings to inhibit the separation of overlapped portion located at least at the highest level of plural pairs of handrail bars.</p> |
