PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately carry out nozzle cleaning control or nozzle projection/retraction control even if a washing changeover switch is provided separately from a cleaning start/stop switch. SOLUTION: When it is detected during water delivery that a washing changeover switch 9 is manipulated to a cut off position by a cut off position detection switch 9A, a controller 7 closes a delivery valve 2 and stores a nozzle 3 and opens a discharge valve 4 and wash the nozzle 3 and further, decides whether washing restart thereafter is necessary or not on the basis of the interval of stopping time ts when the washing changeover switch 9 is in the cut off position.
