DISPLAY USING LIGHT EMITTING DIODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display in which luminance and color in terms of a display panel unit are made uniform even though the luminance and the wavelength ranks of LEDs are different and a good quality image is formed. SOLUTION: Plural LEDs 2 are mounted on a display panel 1 and plural panels 1 are arranged in plural columns to form a display screen. The LEDs 2 are evalutated based on luminance and wavelength characteristics so that the LEDs 2 are classified into plural evaluation ranks. Approximately same number of LEDs 2 having a same evaluation rank are arranged in all of the display panels 1 and various evaluation rank LEDs 2 are mounted so as to make the luminance and color tone of each display panel 1 uniform.
