PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hang a duct or a pipe only by attract a magnet-attracting member to a deck plate without previously installing a hanging tool or driving a hole-in anchor into the deck plate in the work execution of the duct, the pipe or the like. SOLUTION: This magnetic hanging device is provided with a magnet- attracting member constituted of a cup yoke-type or split-type magnetic circuit, and the magnet-attracting member is provided with a twistable or band-shaped gripping tool for a duct or a pipe.
