PURPOSE: A mobile station having emergency alarming function is provided which gives an alarm in a state of emergency and tracks the position of a mobile station to notify a rescue organization about the position. CONSTITUTION: A mobile station having emergency alarming function includes an antenna for transmitting/receiving radio data from/to a base station, a radio signal processor for receiving/transmitting a radio signal from/to the base station through the antenna, and an A/D converter for digitalizing the signal from the radio signal processor. The mobile station further has a baseband signal processor for encoding, decoding, modulation, demodulation, power-controlling the digitalized signal and processing radio communication protocol, a D/A converter for converting the digital signal demodulated by the baseband signal processor into an analog audio signal, and an audio amplifier for amplifying the analog audio signal to a predetermined level. The mobile station also has an LCD window for displaying using state of the station, a key pad for inputting commands for controlling the mobile station, and a means(1600) for inputting an emergency signal if required. The mobile station further includes a means(1000,1500) for sounding an alarm sound according to the operation of the emergence signal input means, a central processor(1100) for controlling the radio signal processor, baseband signal processor and alarm sounding means, and multi-stage amplifiers(910,920,930) for amplifying the signal applied to the alarm sounding means.
