PURPOSE: A cuttlefish barbecue is provided to reduce work processes by directly barbecuing a raw cuttlefish as well as a dried cuttlefish and to prevent twisting or carbonization. CONSTITUTION: A cuttlefish barbecue comprises a heating chamber(11) having a round upper part, a warmth keeping chamber(20) placed below the heating chamber, a door opening and closing the heating chamber and the warmth keeping chamber, and a control unit formed below the warmth keeping chamber to control temperature and power of the heating chamber. For barbecuing a raw cuttlefish, the cuttlefish is hung on a hanger. The hanger is placed on a rotating disk(12) and rotated via a motor(27). While the rotating disk rotates, a heater(16) starts to heat the cuttlefish. A rotational velocity is programmed for optimal barbecuing. Since infrared rays are radiated from yellow soil(19) in the bottom of the heater, flesh and flavor of the cuttlefish are enhanced. Barbecued cuttlefish is preserved in the warmth keeping chamber.
