PURPOSE: An electronic commercial transaction system having an intelligent cart function is provided to promote a selling by embodying a commodity reserving function, an input agency function, and a commodity recommending function in a cart. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of client PCs(20) display a plurality of commodity information data being inputted from an electronic commercial transaction server(30) on a screen. If a user selects a commodity to be bought or reserved by confirming a plurality of commodity information data inputted from the electronic commercial transaction server(30), the client PCs(20) transmits the corresponding key signal. The electronic commercial transaction server(30) outputs commodity information data to the corresponding client PC(20) in accordance with a communication connecting of a plurality of client PC users. If a purchase or a reservation signal is inputted by the corresponding client PC user, the electronic commercial transaction server(30) classifies a purchase and a reservation and stores the corresponding commodity information in a cart window and outputs the commodity information data to the corresponding client PC(20). The electronic commercial transaction server(30) analyzes a purchase inclination of the client PC users and makes a database based on the purchase inclination. Also, the electronic commercial transaction server(30) may store the corresponding commodity information in the cart window instead of the client PC users.
