PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converted, equipped with a snubber circuit capable of loss reduction by an LC snubber which has no resistor. SOLUTION: An electric field effect transistor 13a of a switching means 15a for snubber is turned on, with a timing where an electric field effect transistor 3b turns off and turned off with a timing as it is turned off after an electric field effect transistor 3a is turned on. As a result, during the off period of the electric field effect transistor 3a, electric charges charged in a capacitor 11a are regenerated in a d-c power supply 1 through a path the capacitor 11a →a reactor 12 a → a switching means 15a for snubber →a d-c power supply 1 → the capacitor 11a. |
