CONTENTS DISPLAY DEVICE FOR SUPPRESSING SCREEN COPY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents display device capable of preventing the secondary use of contents data in a way unintended by a contents provider without permission from the contents provider. SOLUTION: This contents display device is provided with a copy software detecting means for detecting whether or not application software having a screen copy function is being operated and a contents protecting means for carrying out any contents protection treatment when it is detected that such program is being operated so that the screen display of a contents display means can be prevented from being copied. The copy software detecting means obtains the list of application software which is being operated at present, and collates it with previously applied copy software information for detecting that the program having the screen copy function is being operated.
