PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and lightweight electromagnetic coupling device by shortening the size of a boss part for a hub. SOLUTION: The tub 11 is provided with guide parts 11d and deforming parts 11e formed on tips of these guide parts 11d. An armature 12 is provided with guide grooves 12a to be engaged with the guide parts 11d and mount parts 12b protruding from its outer circumferential face. A plate spring 13 is provided with fixing parts 13a and arced deflecting parts 13c formed between adjacent fixing parts 13a. By laminating the armature 12 and the plate spring 13 on a side face of the hub 11 and deforming the deforming parts 11e of the hub 11, the fixing parts 13a of the plate spring 13 are fixed to the guide parts 11d of the hub 11.
