<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module wherefrom there are removed the flaws having such possibilities that they change into the starting points of the cracking on the end surface portions of its glass substrate, and on its surface portions other than the end surface portions and which is valuable enough for merchandise-yet. SOLUTION: The solar battery module has a transparent electrode layer, a semiconductor photoelectric conversion layer, and a backside electrode layer which are laminated successively on a transparent glass substrate. Also, the transparent glass substrate has on its end surface portions and its surface portions other than the end surface portions flaws having such possibilities that they change into the starting points of the cracks of the glass substrate. To this solar battery module, there are performed a processing for removing the flaws of the glass substrate therefrom and a processing for applying to portions (22) wherefrom the flaws are removed the transparent coatings for giving translucent organic or inorganic polymer films (23).</p> |
