<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of time-out generation judging processing by simplifying the processing, and to efficiently perform the other processing by reducing the load of a whole system. SOLUTION: When a time-out time 111 being sum a timer value indicating a tome up to the time-out of a timer and the present system time is not more than a time difference 108 indicating a time up to the next time-out, a timer registering means 102 allows a storing means 104 to newly store the time difference 108 between the time-out time 111 and the system time, and a time-out generation judging means 105 successively subtracts the fixed interval time of a fixed frequency signal generating system time from the stored time difference, and when this subtracted result is turned into 0, the means 105 judges that the time-out is generated.</p> |
