PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processing performance. SOLUTION: A student picture with a teacher picture vignetted is stored in a frame memory 33, and a 1st vignetted picture obtianed by vignetting the student picture is stored in a frame memory 3A. A 2nd vignetted picture obtained by vignetting the 1st vignetted picture is further stored in a frame memory 3B. A control circuit 40 refers to the student picture stored in the memory 33, sets the pixels of the student picture and the 1st and 2nd vignetted pictures which constitute a predictive tap and a class tap and supplies a control signal representing the set results to a predictive tap constitution circuit 4 and a class tap constitution circuit 5. Thus, the circuits 4 and 5 selects the pixels of the student picture and the 1st and 2nd vignetted pictures according to the control signal and construct the predictive tap and the class tap respectively. |
