PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of printing at the time of inputting an ID and its method. SOLUTION: This device/method has a step for storing printer data corresponding to an inputted ID in a storing means in the case of inputting the printer data corresponding to the corresponding ID, a step for allowing a printing means to print based on the inputted print data in the case of inputting the print data, and a step for allowing the printing means to print based on the printer data stored in the storing means in the case of inputting the ID. The ID can be outputted in the middle of reproducing video data or sound data.
