PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter opening-closing device for smoothly opening and closing a motor-driven extendable shutter and forming an automatic lock means. SOLUTION: A lengthwise directional intermediate part of a suspension wire 13 is fixed to the lower end of a shutter body 1, and is arranged in a U shape via a pulley 14 on the lower end of a guide rail 8. Both end parts are respectively fixed in the inverse direction to a pair of winding drums 20 arranged on a rotary shaft 19 driven by a motor to synchronize winding and unwinding of the suspension wire 13. The shutter body 1 is forcedly controlled according to rotation of the rotary shaft 19 to perform the extending opening- closing and an automatic lock.
