PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize highly precise temperature adjustment control without increasing any load capacity even against a light load by reducing the generation of terminal noise and increasing power resolution. SOLUTION: A frequency converting part 2 converts an AC signal from a commercial power source 1 into higher frequencies, and outputs it. An arithmetic processing part 42 calculates electric energy corresponding to a difference between the target temperature and detected temperature of a load 5, and generates a timing signal for driving a power adjusting part 3. A signal generating part 43 generates a driving signal corresponding to a power adjusting part 3 based on the timing signal, and the power adjusting part 3 to be ON/OFF driven based on the driving signal adjusts a power to be supplied to the load 5. In an actual operation, a frequency converting part 2 raises and converts the commercial power source 1 with 50 Hz to that with about several kHz. In this case, it is possible to increase the resolution of a power to be supplied to the load 5 to several hundred times as high as that in the case that the frequency conversion is not operated, and to realize highly precise temperature adjustment to the load 5.
