PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect an IC card into a device and also to perform a processing without damaging the IC card as much as possible. SOLUTION: The IC card is inserted from a card insertion slot 2, its tip is abutted on the card abutment part 23 of a slide plate 21 and the slide plate 21 is moved by the guide of slide plate guides 25a and 25b together with the card when the carrying of the card is started. When the slide plate 21 enters a diagonal straight line part after passing the first prescribed section of plate guide grooves 26a and 26b and advances further, the part 23 comes to be positioned at the lower surface side of a carrier passage 5 and the IC card is moved to a card discharge slot 3 and discharged from the slot 3. |
