PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte ionic conductive resin and a resin compo sition having high ionic conductivity and high mechanical strength together, and a solid electrolyte and a battery using the same. SOLUTION: An ionic conductive resin for solid electrolyte contains an ionic conductive resin polymerized with one or more of monomers selected from a group of monomers expressed by the following general formula 1. Formula 1 where, R1 represents an alkyl or alkyl fluoride group with 10 or less hydrogens and carbons and n represents a natural number equal to or below 20.
