PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for unnecessitating a designation on the character of layout work at the time of diversion by making all information on a character attribute into data base together with text characters. SOLUTION: This text information data base system is provided with a text information data base with character set information recording not only text data but also the setting information of that text, a text information retrieving means for extracting required text data from the text information data base with character set information, and a converting and outputting means for converting the text information data with character set information extracted by the text information retrieving means to a prescribed output form while preserving an original setting form, and outputting them. |
