PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare animation by a portrait from an optional direction and a portrait in which a face direction and facial expression change from one face image. SOLUTION: This image processor is realized by being provided with an image inputting means 10 inputting an image, a feature variable extracting means 11 analyzing the inputted image and extracting the feature variable of a part such as the size the shape of the part in the image, a part data storing means 13 which has a plurality of part types corresponding to the feature variable and stores a plurality of pieces of part data of a two-dimensional shape or three-dimensional shape in each part type, a part data extracting means 12 extracting appropriate part data from various parts stored in the means 13 on the basis of the feature variable of an extracted image, a part synthesizing means 19 synthesizing a three-dimensional model by combining the extracted two-dimensional or three-dimensional part data, and an image generating means 20 generating an optional still picture or optical animation from the combined three-dimensional model.
