PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll machine capable of precisely regulating a clearance between a stator and a rotor of an electrically driven motor. SOLUTION: A frame 22 is disposed in an outer shell 12 of the scroll machine 10, and is fixed to the outer shell. The frame obstructs movement in an axial direction by a base part 16 of the outer shell. A motor stator 28, a main bearing housing 24 and a lower bearing housing for rotatably supporting a driving shaft 30 to which the motor rotor 46 is attached, are fixed to the frame. It is thus possible to precisely regulate a clearance between the motor stator and the motor rotor by machining the frame which is easily and precisely machined comparing with the outer shell, and it is also possible to improve an operating efficiency of the electrically driven motor.
