PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for drying bathroom with simple installation and excellent warming efficiency without requiring any moisture-proof step and giving any oppressive sensation in the environment of the bathroom. SOLUTION: A duct 3 is arranged on a wall 1 between a bathroom A and an open air B, and an interior unit 8 serving as circulating system 4 through the duct 3 is disposed in the bathroom A. Further, an exterior unit 7 is disposed in the open air B comprising a ventilating system 5 and a main body controlling unit 6. The interior unit 8 is incorporated in the circulating system 4 comprising a circulating fan 11 sucking an air in the bathroom 11 and blowing out of the bathroom 11 and a heater 12 inside a circulating air flow path 10 circulating from the fan 11 to the interior of the bathroom A. On the other hand, the exterior unit 7 is provided with the ventilating system 4 having a ventilating blower sucking air in the bathroom A via inlet port 13 of a case 9 and the duct and exhausting to the open air B, and the main body control unit 6 controlling operation of the circulating system 4 and the ventilating system 5.
