PURPOSE: A method for controlling store of data in a real time processing system is provided to access data being generated during a real time process to a non-volatile memory in real time in a real time processing system. CONSTITUTION: A controller scans an IOD(input/output device) and a port, and detects whether data to be stored exists. If data to be stored exists(20), the controller separates data of 8-bit unit being provided to the IOD or the port and temporarily stores the separated data in a queue set in a RAM. The controller increases information of the number of bytes in accordance with the data quantity of byte unit being stored in the queue(24). The controller searches whether a value of the number of bytes being stored in the queue is more than zero. If a value of the number of bytes being stored in the queue is more than zero, superior one byte data out of the data of byte unit is read and stored in an EEPROM(26). In addition, the number of bytes is decreased by "1"(30). If a value of the number of bytes being stored in the queue is not zero, the separated data in a queue set in a RAM are automatically transmitted and stored in an EEPROM automatically.
