PURPOSE: The motion image sensor is provided to extract a mark point about a composite video signal, which is inputted via a camera, on real time without an additional sensor, and to capture the specified image according to the mark point. CONSTITUTION: A signal input unit(100) receives the composite video signal. A decoder(110) quantizes the signal, which is output from the signal input unit, into the digital data by the sampling frequency, and converts the signal into a video standard mode. A video data formatter(120) converts the video standard mode into the video frame data. The first memory(130) saves the video frame data to a memory. A main controller(140) controls the video data which is output from the first memory. A feature selector(150) extracts the specified feature from the video signal on real time. A background condition measurer(160) compares the background with a moving object. A day and night condition measurer(170) changes the frequency ratio of updating the background information according to the day or night. A background information updating part(180) updates the background information according to the information of the background condition measurer and day and night condition measurer. A feature extractor(190) calculates the maximum value about direction dispersion by the information of the background condition measurer. The second memory captures and stores the composite video signal to the memory. A signal transmitter(200) transforms a control signal, which is output from the feature extractor, into a standard signal, and sends the standard signal via an interface controller(220). |
