摘要 |
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal contained binary catalyst for dewaxing process is provided, which can promote isomerization reaction rather than cracking reaction in converting process of n-hexadecane and can be widely used as a dewaxing catalyst of lube oil and diesel oil. CONSTITUTION: The method is as follows: (i) react silica with alkaline metal solution to yield alkali metal silicate solution; (ii) synthesize hydro-thermally by adding the alkali metal silicate solution to mold material by drops to yield MCM-41 carrier; (iii) add to the carrier obtained A1 precursor that is dissolved in organic solvent, agitate and calcine the obtained precipitate to yield Al-MCM-41; and (iv) impregnate the obtained Al-MCM-41 to a precursor solution of Group VIII metal of periodic table for carrying metal before calcination to yield the binary catalyst of metal/Al-MCM-41.
