PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collector the piping of which is free from freezing damage and can collect solar heat highly efficiency. SOLUTION: This hybrid solar heat collector is provided with finned pipes (12) through which a liquid is made to flow and a air flow passage (14) around the pipes (12) inside. The collector obtains a hot liquid in the pipes (12) by collecting solar energy (6) in the pipes (12) and warm air in the passage (14) by recovering the heat radiated from the pipes (12) by means of an air flow.
